105 PROJECT MANAGER
Functional Responsibility: Monitors each
task and keeps the project client and/or Program Manager abreast of all
problems and accomplishments. Anticipates problems and works to mitigate
the anticipated problems. As a team or project leader, provides on-site
direction and coordination. May serve as the technical authority for a
design area. As a staff specialist or consultant, resolves unique or
unyielding systems problems using new technology. May direct systems
analysts, programmers and other technical personnel on assigned work.
Minimum Education - Minimum/General
Experience: Bachelor's degree plus 12 years of related experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience.

overall architecture and technologist-level guidance and multi-disciplined
leadership to evaluate client ADP, telecommunications, telephony,
internet/web or electronic commerce needs and develop effective solutions

Minimum Education - Minimum/General
Experience: Masters degree plus nine years of related technical experience
or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

ENGINEER

Functional Responsibility: Provides
technology implementations and solutions in the areas of ADP,

Experience: Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of information technology
experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
125 SENIOR PROGRAMMER ANALYST
Functional Responsibility: Provides
programming-related leadership to evaluate client ADP, telecommunications,
telephony, internet/web or electronic commerce needs and develop effective
programming solutions on a cost-effective basis.
Minimum Education - Minimum/General
Experience: Masters degree plus 7 years experience of progressively
responsible non-management specialty experience and a minimum of five
years supervisory or management experience or equivalent combination of
education and experience.
130 JUNIOR PROGRAMMER ANALYST
Functional Responsibility: Under the
guidance and direction of senior project personnel, provides
programming-related implementations and solutions in the areas of ADP,
telecommunications, telephony, internet/web or electronic commerce.
Minimum Education - Minimum/General
Experience: Associate's degree plus three years of relevant experience or
an equivalent combination of education and experience.
135 DATABASE ARCHITECT
Functional Responsibility: Provides
database-related leadership to evaluate client ADP, telecommunications,
telephony, internet/web or electronic commerce needs and develop effective
database solutions on a cost-effective basis. Controls the global view of
data bases, controls the access to the data bases, assures the safekeeping
of the data bases (from accidental or intentional damage or loss),
monitors the usage of data bases, and develops standards, procedures, and
conventions for use. Is an authority on the design of databases and the
use of data base management systems.
Minimum Education - Minimum/General
Experience: : Bachelor's Degree plus 4 years of general information
technology and/or database or an equivalent combination of education and
experience.
140 TECHNICAL WRITER - IT
Functional Responsibility: Edits
functional descriptions, system specifications, user's manuals, special
reports, or any other customer deliverables and documents. Assists in
collecting and organizing information required for preparation of user's
manuals, training materials, installation guides, proposals, and other
reports and deliverables.
Minimum Education - Minimum/General
Experience: Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education
and experience.
145 WEB APPLICATION SPECIALIST
Functional Responsibility: Performs
elementary fact-finding. Codes and tests simple programs. Detailed
step-by-step instructions are given, work is closely monitored in progress
and reviewed in detail upon completion. Supervisor must authorize
deviations. May perform routine programming tasks under close supervision.

Experience: Bachelor's Degree plus 2 years of related experience or an
equivalent combination of education and experience.
150 PROGRAM CONTROL SPECIALIST
Functional Responsibility: Responsible
for the preparation of correspondence and technical documents in final
form, answers telephones, schedules meetings, distributes mail and makes
travel arrangements. Develops correspondence guidelines and procedures.
Reviews office correspondence, staff actions and reports prepared for
management's signature for thoroughness, clarity, completeness,
grammatical, and procedural correctness. Maintains a standardized system
for filing. Establishes and maintains both centralized and decentralized
office files, management and record keeping systems.
