Peerless Technologies on Winning SI International Team for the Navy’s SeaPort-e ID/IQ Contract

Dayton, OH (June 2, 2006)—Peerless Technologies Corporation announced today that it is a part of a winning SI International team for the Navy’s multiple award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ) SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) contract. SeaPort-e is an acquisition program for services procurements with service requirements solicited by Naval Sea Systems Command, Naval Air Systems Command, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command, Naval Supply Systems Command, Military Sealift Command, Naval Facilities Engineering Command, Strategic Systems Programs, and the Marine Corps. The government estimates a maximum of $5.3 billion worth of services will be procured per year via orders issued under the SeaPort-e contracts. The period of performance extends through 2009.
