Peerless Technologies Corporation Announces
Move to Incubator

Dayton, Ohio - Peerless Technologies Corporation announced today that it has been approved to become part of the Dayton/Miami Valley Entrepreneurs Center.  The D/MVEC facility is located in downtown Dayton, 2 blocks East of Fifth Third Field, with construction scheduled for completion on September 1, 2000.  The D/MVEC Incubator Tenant Selection Committee granted the approval.

The mission of the Incubator is to "graduate" successful tenants who will continue to contribute to the economic health of the region through the creation of jobs. In 1998 the D/MVEC was established as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation. Funds have been raised to construct a 35,000 square foot building in the new RiverScape area on Monument Avenue between Taylor and Meigs streets. Additional information on the Incubator can be found at: http://www.techincubator.org/

Michael Bridges, President of Peerless, announced that their move into the Incubator is expected as soon as it opens in September.  Peerless Technologies provides Information Technology services including Enterprise Network Management, Database Development, Network Support and Administration, Internet Services, and System Testing and Evaluation to commercial and government clients.
