Peerless Technologies Acquires GMAssociates Professional Web Development Firm

Dayton, Ohio - Peerless Technologies Corporation announced today the acquisition of GMAssociates. The acquisition serves to strengthen Peerless Technologies' growing web development capability. GMAssociates, a professional web development firm, has provided a broad range of web-related services to clients since 1996. In addition to providing complete web architecture and site development, GMAssociates specializes in multimedia technologies including 3-D rendering and modeling, digital video, vector graphics animation, custom graphics, and digital image editing. The acquisition also brings to Peerless valuable web resources experienced in Flash, ASP, DHTML, Java, JavaScript adding strength to Peerless' growing technology base.

Peerless Technologies provides Information Technology (IT) services including Enterprise Network Management, Database Development, Internet/Web Technologies, Mid-Tier Software Development, and System Testing and Evaluation to commercial and government clients.
