Fran O'Connor Joins Peerless

November 2002 – Peerless is very pleased to announce that Fran O’Connor has joined the corporation as Vice President. Fran will head up Peerless’ C4ISR segment, including the management and oversight of Peerless’ Measurement and Signal Intelligence (MASINT) contract with the Air Force’ National Air Intelligence Center (NAIC). Fran joins Peerless after 13 years with SAIC where in her last position she was responsible for led the business development of international C4ISR programs for this business segment which had an eleven hundred person staff. Fran has over 25 years experience in the establishment of systems engineering methods and practices, as well as consulting, development, and project management.
