Peerless Awarded A&AS Subcontract

September 25, 2003 – Peerless Technologies Corporation announced today that they have entered into a contract with Tybrin Corporation (www.tybrin.com) on the Air Force Aeronautical Systems Center (ASC) Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) Program. The effort is effective through August 2005.

Under the contract Peerless will be able to provide A&AS support services to ASC including services designed to support or improve: organizational policy development; decision-making; management and administration; program and/or project management and administration; research and development activities; and professional advice and assistance about management. Peerless deliverables may include information, advice, opinions, alternatives, analysis, evaluations, recommendations, training, and the day-to-day aid of support personnel.

Peerless Technologies is based in Dayton, Ohio and provides information technology, engineering, and scientific services to commercial and government clients and is certified in the US SBA HUBZone Empowerment Program.
