Peerless Announces Award of a Financial
Management Support Contract from Headquarters Air Force Material Command
for Inventory Accounting Support
Nov 10, 2004 – Peerless Technologies
Corporation announced the award of a contract from Headquarters Air
Force Material Command, Financial Management Directorate for Material
Support Division (MSD) Inventory Accounting Support. Under this five
year contract, Peerless will provide support to AFMC/FMF for accurate
inventory reporting, analyzing and improving Financial Management
statements, and system development, integration, and training in support
of the Moving Average Cost (MAC) program. The MAC program provides
improved accounting for MSD inventory and further enables the Air Force
to accurately generate financial statements in compliance with the Chief
Financial Officers Act.
