Medical Insurance
Employees have the choice between two Anthem HMO plans:
1. Core Option: Features $500/$1,000 deductibles, 80%/20% co-insurance, $15 co-pay for network physicians and $10 co-pay for generic drugs.
2. Buy-Up Option: Features No deductibles, 100% co-insurance, $10 co-pay for network physicians and $10 co-pay for generic drugs.
Peerless pays 75% of the Core Option premium. Employees choosing the Buy-Up Option pay the difference in premium over the Core Plan. Both medical plans include a $20,000 Life Insurance Policy paid 100% by Peerless.

Dental Insurance
Through The Dental Care Plus Group, the plan provides 100% preventive and diagnostic coverage, along with excellent coverage for basic, prosthodontics and major services. Peerless pays 75% of the premium.

Vision Insurance
Eye examinations, eye materials including glasses and contacts at more than 22,000 locations nationwide. Employee coverage paid 100% by Peerless. Additional family member coverage is available at the employee’s cost.

Flexible Spending Account (Section 125)
Peerless’ Flexible Spending plan allows employees to pay for out-of-pocket medical & dental expenses (up to $5,000 per year) and dependent day care expenses using pre-tax dollars thereby reducing their tax liability.

Personal Leave
Personal Leave = 15 days (120 hours) of personal leave per year

Voluntary Life Insurance
Through Unum Provident, Peerless offers a wide range of Life and AD&D coverages. Paid by employee at Peerless group rates.

401(k) Plan
Peerless matches employee contributions with an additional 50% (up to 3% of salary) with 20 well known domestic and international funds from which to choose.

Tuition Reimbursement
80% of Tuition Costs covered up to $2,000/year for approved job-related coursework.

Flextime
Peerless has a flextime program that helps employees manage their time most effectively. Peerless works with each employee to design a schedule that works.

Referral Bonus
Peerless is always looking for talented people to join our team, and has a bonus program to reward current employees who refer new employees. Minimum $500/referral with larger bonuses available, paid following 90 days of employment of referred employee.

Professional Training
Peerless understands the need to stay current with the dynamic world of Information Technology. Employee training is a key emphasis of Peerless and approved training is 100% paid by Peerless.

Conferences & Professional Development
Peerless employees are encouraged to attend conferences and related professional development activities. In-house seminars bring professional development to the employees. (100% paid by Peerless)

Wellness Benefit
Peerless employees are eligible to receive a reimbursement equal to 50% of a membership (up to $22.00 per month) to a wellness/fitness center.

Professional Society Membership
Peerless supports the active participation of its employees in their professional societies. The company pays 100% of the fee for a full-time permanent employee's membership in approved professional societies.
