Integration Lead

Job Description:
Technical/Integration Lead for sustainment effort for AF IT system. Responsible for coordinating technical issues, hardware/software needs, and status with management, other support organizations within the center (i.e., Infrastructure and Database), the Government customer, and other Government agencies (i.e., DISA). Also responsible for ensuring life cycle processes are followed by the project team. The individual will work with system architect to define architectural vision.

Education:
A Bachelor's degree in an associated discipline or the equivalent experience is required. 

Required Skills:
Individual must have 10 years experience in DoD IT environment.

Desired Skills:
Must have strong written and verbal communication skills.  Must have experience with the software development life cycle (Requirements through Deployment).  Must understand the need for and have experience with software development procedures (such as peer reviews and configuration management). Individual must have technical understanding of infrastructure (preferably Windows and/or UNIX), network, and database (preferably Oracle) concepts. Must have experience with COTS integration efforts. Must understand messaging and data warehousing concepts. Experience with GCSS-AF Integration Framework (IF), Data Services (AFDS), Enterprise Services Bus (ESB), and XML a plus. 

Clearance Required:
Must be a U.S. citizen. Ability to pass National Agency Check (NAC) background check.
